Nature: Alarm Sounding

On Thursday, November 2nd, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an alarm sounding incident at the Baywood Clubhouse in Baywoods.  It was reported to be a general fire alarm activation.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included an exterior and interior evaluation and discussion with the commercial occupant.  It was determined to be a false alarm.

All respective apparatus was permitted to return to their quarters.
