Nature: Electrical Hazard

Location: John J Williams Hwy and Legion Rd Millsboro, DE 19966

On Saturday, September 23^rd, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an electrical hazard near the intersection of John J. Williams Highway and Legion Road. It was reported to be a tree into power lines.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Command 80 and Rescue 80 from the Oak Orchard area and Engine #80-1 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included notification of the Emergency Operations Center for utility company response. All responding apparatus were cancelled.

It appears that the tree fell into the cable utility wiring and it was not causing a traffic concern.
