Indian River Attends the Summer Sendoff Community Car Show

On Sunday, September 17th, the Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM (CDJR) Auto Dealership hosted the Summer Sendoff Community Car Show at the Millsboro Dealership on duPont Highway.

There were displays and demonstrations from the Millsboro (83) with antique apparatus, Dagsboro (73) with apparatus and smoke house, Indian River (80) with antique and aerial apparatus and South Bowers (57) with their air boat. The event included many vendors serving food and beverages, a silent auction, entertainment for children, and a Touch-a-Truck event.

Indian River was invited by the Millsboro Volunteer Fire Company to participate at this milestone event and offered an apparatus display as well as various safety messages for fire safety and fire prevention.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company offers a “Thank you” to the Millsboro Volunteer Fire Company for the invitation as well as thanking the Preston Auto Group for pursuing such a wonderful event.
