On Monday, July 3rd, the Indian River (80) and Lewes (82) fire companies were alerted for a vehicle accident on Bay Farm Road at the intersection of Starling Lane.  Additional emergency alerts included the Sussex County Paramedics, Mid Sussex Rescue Squad, as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control with the complete closure of Bay Farm Road for the duration of the incident.

The Delaware State Police are investigating.
