Nature: Alarm Sounding

Location: Avery Ct Walden, DE 19951

Note:  No Hydrants in the area

On Wednesday morning, June 28^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an alarm sounding incident on Avery Court in the Walden development off Hollymount Road.  It was reported to be a general smoke alarm activation within the residential structure.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response crew assignments included an exterior size up with no conditions found as well as an interior evaluation of the residential structure. There were no conditions found and the monitoring system was reset automatically.
