Nature: Fire Prevention Program & Activities

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company Fire Prevention Committee was invited to attend the Holly Lake Campground to offer a fire prevention program which included increasing community awareness and community support with various fire prevention initiatives such as:  preventing home fires; promoting fire safety; firefighter awareness, and conducting various outreach initiatives via educational, and the importance of working smoke detectors. 

Many patrons of Holly Lake Campsites stopped by to obtain valuable information regarding best practices for fire prevention and fire safety initiatives as well as partake with the events.
