Nature: Smoke Concerns Throughout Sussex County

INFORMATION FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Sussex County Emergency Operations Center (EOC)

The Sussex County 911 Emergency Operations Center is receiving numerous reports of smoky conditions across southern Delaware this morning, Thursday, June 1st.

The National Weather Service (NWS) reports the smoke is from fires in Burlington County, NJ. There are no active fires or incidents in Sussex County at this time.
