Nature: Structure Fire

On Sunday, May 14^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a structure fire on Silicato Drive in the Brick Works Brewing & Eats near Long Neck, Delaware

Emergency response units from Indian River included Engines #80-1 and #80-3 from the Long Neck facility and Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard Facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included incident evaluation and mitigation efforts. 

It was reported to be a structure fire which was an oven fire that was being extinguished.  The oven fire activated the fire alarm systems resulting in an evacuation of the building as result. 

The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control for the duration of the incident.

The incident was ruled undercontrol because the culinary mishap was suppressed and removed from the facility as well as the alarm system was being silenced.
