Nature: WRDE & Spicer Brothers Salute – Fire Police Officer Eric Gaberlein

On Thursday, March 9, 2023, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was notified that Eric Gaberlein would be recognized by WRDE and Spicer Brothers Salute.

WRDE salutes Eric Gaberlein - Eric is a dedicated member of the Delaware State Fire Police contingency associated with the Indian River (80) and Cranston Heights (14) fire companies. Despite his part-time residency in Sussex County, Eric has made significant contributions to the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company, responding to almost every alarm and offering his assistance with various events hosted by the firehouse. Through his dedication to the Delaware Fire Service and his commitment to spending quality time with his family, Eric has shown himself to be a responsible and caring member of the community. His contributions to these fire departments have not gone unnoticed, and his positive attitude and willingness to help are deeply appreciated by all those he works with.
