Nature: MVC PD - Fire Police Requested

Location: Indian Mission Rd & Silicato Dr., Millsboro, DE 19966

On Monday. March 6^th, the Fire Police assigned to the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company were requested to assist the Delaware State Police with traffic control at the intersection of Silicato Drive and Indian Mission Drive for a property damage vehicle accident that rendered the vehicle inoperable.

It appears that the vehicles collided at the intersection causing damage to both vehicles.  The vehicle occupants were evaluated by the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad.

The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control for the duration of the incident until the towing contractor could remove the disabled vehicle.

The Delaware State Police are investigating.
