Nature: Vehicle Accident

Location: Hollymount Rd and Indian Mission Rd Harbeson, DE 19951

On Sunday evening, November 6^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a vehicle accident at the intersection of Hollymount Road and Indian Mission Road.  It was reported to be a minor collision causing damage to both vehicles and with all patient refusals.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Engines #80-1 and #80-3 from the Long Neck facility and Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.  Other emergency response units included the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad EMS units.

Emergency response crew assignments included fluid and debris recovery, traffic control, assistance with patient stabilization if needed and overall incident mitigation.

It appears that a red Chevrolet Cruize and white Dodge RAM Pick-up collided at the intersection.  It was reported that all persons declined medical evaluations.

The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control for the duration of the incident.

The Delaware State Police are investigating.
