Nature: Structure Fire

Location: 32200 Robin Hoods Loop Sherwood Forest North, DE 19966

On Tuesday afternoon, September 6^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a structure fire on Robin Hoods Loop in the Sherwood Forest development off John J. Williams Highway.  It was reported to be a fire in the kitchen which has been suppressed.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engines #80-1 and 80-3 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included check for extension and ventilation.

It appears that the residential occupants were cooking when the cabinetry and microwave above the stove caught fire.
