Nature: Fire Police Assistance – Vehicle Accident

Location: John J Williams Hwy and Hollymount Rd Harbeson, DE 19958

On Thursday evening, August 18^th, the Indian River (80), Lewes (82), Milton (85) and Rehoboth Beach (86) fire police were alerted to coordinate and assist with traffic control in the area of John J. Williams Highway, Hollymount Road and Sloan Road intersection.

It appears that a maroon Chevrolet sedan and a white compact vehicle collided in the are of John J. Williams Highway and Sloan Road causing and traffic hazard.  Both vehicles were off the roadway; however, significant fluid and debris were present at the incident location.

The Delaware State Fire Police performed their designated duties fur the duration of the incident.

The Delaware State Police are investigating.
