Nature: Alarm Sounding

Location: 28815 West Henry Place, Millsboro, 19966

On Friday, June 10^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an alarm sounding incident on West Henry Place in the Baylis development of Mount Joy Road.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility, Chief 80-15 and Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck area as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included incident mitigation as well as the rationale for the alarm sounding.

It was determined that the residential community model home center had a faulty detector at the location.

All units were authorized to return to their respective quarters.
