Nature: Structural Firefighter Training Evolutions

Location: Delaware State Fire School - Georgetown Campus

On Wednesday evening, April 27^th, various volunteer firefighters from the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company traveled to the structural firefighting building at Delaware State Fire School’s Georgetown facility to hone their structural firefighting skills.

The volunteer firefighters participated in numerous interior firefighting evolutions, practiced apparatus pump operating skills, water supply operations, ventilation, and overhaul tactics.
