Nature: Alarm Sounding

Location: 24476 Brookstone Path, The Peninsula, DE 19966

On Thursday evening, February 10^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic alarm sounding incident on Brookstone Path in the Peninsula off Bay Farm Road.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility, Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck facility and the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crews located the hydrant near the residence and proceeded to the structure to learn that the incident was caused by a culinary mishap.

All units were cleared and returned to their respective stations.
