Wednesday, May, 28 2014 Nature: Buffalo Wild Wings Fundraiser Location: Lighthouse Plaza – Coastal Highway – Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 On Wednesday, May 28th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company and Buffalo Wild Wings hosted a fundraiser at the Lighthouse Plaza location in Rehoboth Beach. The event was intended to increase awareness of fire prevention actvitiies of local fire companies and generate funding for Indian River’s new tanker to be delivered later in the month of June, 2014. The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company would like to acknowledge and thank those that helped out and supported the volunteer firefighters. With the special coupon - 20% of the food bill was donated to the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company during the entire day of Wednesday, May 28th. The event hosted various apparatus displays, fire prevention displays, company t-shirts, as well as a wing eating contest. |
