Wednesday December, 11 2013 @ 00:29:32 Nature: Area Christmas Parades Address: Rehoboth Beach, Georgetown, Seaford and Millsboro During the month of December, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company and the Parade Committee Chaired by Mario Street coordinated a holiday parade fire prevention presentation that was utilized in the local area Christmas Parade. These parade presentations included Rehoboth Beach, Georgetown, Seaford, and Millsboro. Indian River’s Parade Committee did receive accolades for fire safety presentation awards. Millsboro Parade Award - Best Overall Appearing Fire Company Award; Georgetown Parade Award - Second Best Theme Awards; and Rehoboth Beach Parade Awards - (1) Best Overall Fire Company Award; and (2) Best Overall Fire Safety Award. |
