Nature: Structure Fire

Location: Oak Orchard Rd. and Chief Rd., Millsboro, DE 19966

Early Thursday morning, May 13^th, the Indian River (80), Lewes (82), and Millsboro (83) volunteer fire departments were alerted for a residential structure fire on Oak Orchard Road at Chiefs Road.

Emergency response units were limited to Tanker 80 from the Indian River and the Delaware State Fire Marshall.

Emergency response crew assignments included fire suppression to preserve the area as much as possible.  Much of the fires did not ignite a significant area and were limited to minimum damage at the current time. All areas were preserved pending arrival of the Delaware State Fire Marshal.

This is a completely different residential structure then the previous incidents of concern.  There were not working utilities associated with this structure.  

The Delaware State Fire Marshall is investigating.
