On Tuesday afternoon, April 6th, the Indian River (80), Milton (85), and Rehoboth Beach (86) fire companies were alerted to assist Lewes (82) Fire Department with a structure fire on Bourbon Circle in the Four Seasons at Belle Terre development off Mulberry Knoll Road.
Emergency response units from Indian River included Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck facility.
It was reported to be a structure fire involving the development Club House which originated on the exterior of the building and mulching.
Indian River units were cancelled while responding when the incident was downgraded to only Lewes units on scene.
The Delaware State Fire Marshal is investigating.
