Indian River Pursues Acquisition of 2021 Pierce 100' Ascendant Arrow XT Mid-Mount Aerial Truck

The Truck Committee in and for the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company has recommended the replacement for Ladder 80, a 1990 Pierce 105’ Ladder Truck with a new 2021 Pierce 100' Ascendant Arrow XT Mid-Mount Aerial Truck via Atlantic Emergency Solutions.

This Truck Committee has diligently pursued an acceptable replacement unit for approximately the past 12-months and was successful making the replacement recommendation on February 23, 2021 to the full company with an authorization to proceed.

Indian River will work closely over the weeks with Atlantic Emergency Solutions to solidify the terms of the acquisition.

An anticipated devliery date will be announced in the foreseeable future.

This aerial device will replace Indian River's current Ladder Truck which is 1990 Pierce 105' Ladder Truck will is currently available for sale.
