Wednesday, April, 10 2013 Truck Committee Continues to Encounter Inclement Weather Conditions On Wednesday, April 10th, the Truck Committee continued to evaluate and participate with various objectives of the apparatus manufacturing plant tour of Rosenbauer Firefighting Equipment. As stated earlier, Rosenbauer was selected via a competitive bidding process to build the new custom apparatus chosen to replace Tanker 80. As the inclement weather conditions progressed and continued to host significant ice accumulation, loss of electric services, decline of open airway traffic and closure of airports, closure of interstate traffic routes between Sioux Falls, South Dakato and Sioux City, Iowa.
