Tuesday December, 22 2020 @ 01:58Nature: Structure Fire – Assist Lewes (82) Fire DepartmentLocation: 42 Colonial Lane Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971On Tuesday morning, December 22nd, the Indian River (80), Rehoboth Beach (82) and Milton (85) fire companies were alerted to assist Lewes (82) fire department with a working structure fire in the Colonial East development off of Coastal Highway (Route #1).Emergency response units from Indian River included Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck facility.Emergency response units found smoke and fire coming from the occupied structure with everyone out of the residential location. Fire response crew were on the scene for approx. 2 hours.The Delaware State Fire Marshal is investigating.Additional information may be viewed via the following websites:
