Severe Weather Alert: Freeze Watch

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly, NJ has issued a freeze watch in effect from late Sunday night through Monday morning for Kent County, Delaware; Sussex County, Delaware; Queen Annes County, Maryland; Talbot County, Maryland; and Caroline County, Maryland on the northern Delmarva Peninsula.

This freeze watch will be in effect from late tonight through Monday morning.

Temperatures in the upper 20s to lower 30s are possible.

Sub freezing temperatures are possible for those people without power and heat.

Please take the necessary precautions.

Additionally, the sub-freezing temperatures could negatively impact crops and other sensitive vegetation.
