Nature: Indian River Acquires Adjoining Parcel

Indian River Acquires Shugard Property in Oak Orchard

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company is pleased to announce the recent land acquisition of an adjoining parcel of approximately 2.05 acres known as the Shugard Property in Oak Orchard.

This parcel will be utilized to accommodate the fire company operations in preparation for future growth, including but not limited parking areas, open areas, administrative office facilities, recreational and community areas. At the current time, the fire company does not have an expansion project that would incorporate this parcel.
