Nature: New Property Clean Up Activities Commence

Location: 32628 Oak Orchard Road, Millsboro, DE

On Tuesday afternoon, September 25th, the various work crews from Indian River Volunteer Fire Company continued to overhaul and clean the various parcels of property under the direct auspice of the fire company.

As you may recall, Indian River VFC acquired the former Spicer (Dodd) Property in Oak Orchard on September 14, 2012 to allow for future expansion and growth of the overall organization. Property Acquisition Highlighted: http://irvfc.com/gallery/detail/3948

Last night, (Monday 09/24/2012), Indian River VFC was successful via the Sussex County Board of Adjustment regarding a side yard setback requirement which opens the door for the current facility expansion initiative. Variance Approval Highlighted: http://www.irvfc.com/gallery.cfm?id=1170
