On Sunday, August 26th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to assist the Lewes (82) Fire Department with a working garage/strucutre fire on High Knoll Road in the Hart’s Landing development off of John J. Williams Highway near the Love Creek area.

Shortly thereafter, Indian River was alerted to provide another engine crew to the incident location to assist with fire mitigation efforts.  Engine #80-5 and its designed crew responded to this incident.

Later, Indian River was again alerted to provide a standby crew for Rehoboth Beach (86) at Station #3.  Engine #80-2 and its designated crew responded to this incident.
