Firefighters Honor Beebe Healthcare Workers
Dozens of trucks surround hospital to pay tribute to front-line staff
April 9, 2020
Area emergency personnel illustrate their support for healthcare workers joining them on the frontline of the coronavirus fight at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes.
With loud horns and whistles, dozens of fire trucks and fire police vehicles filled with volunteers from throughout eastern Sussex County surrounded Beebe Heathcare Campus on Savannah Road on April 9 to honor hospital staff.
Many employees from the healthcare facility poured from the building to say “thanks” also by cheering, waving and clapping.
