Wednesday June, 13 2012 @ 09:37:40 Nature: Alarm Company Address: 35471 Pine Dr Millsboro, DE 19966 On Wednesday, June 13th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a residential alarm alert on Pine Drive the Mariner’s Cove development off of Long Neck Road. Engine #80-3 responded from the Long Neck facilities and was assigned to evaluate and investigate the interior of the residential structure. A thermal imaging camera was utilized to assist with the interior investigation. Chief Steven C. Deery, Jr. was in the vicinity and responded to the incident location and reported no visible signs of smoke or fire from the exterior of the residential structure. It was determined to be a faulty smoke detector and crews provided the residential occupant with an update smoke detector and batteries. |
