On Thursday, January 30, 2020, the Fire Prevention Committee in and for the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company presented awards to the Winners of the 2019 Indian River Fire Prevention Poster & Essay Contest. 

The Fire Prevention Committee attended the Long Neck Elementary School and made the presentations during an organized assembly of students.
