Nature: Outbuilding

Location: 35588 Orange St Millsboro, DE 19966

Early Wednesday morning, January 22^nd, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an outside building on Orange Street in Bay City off of Long Neck Road.  It was reported to be an outbuilding with exposures to a vehicle, trees, and residential manufactured home.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Engines #80-3 and #80-1 from the Long Neck facility and Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments include exposure protection, fire suppression, and incident mitigation and scene preservation.  Engine #80-1 was utilized for water supply and Tanker 80 was utilized for manpower resources.

It appears that an outside building was fully burned with fire damaging the exterior of the residential manufactured home and a vehicle.

The Delaware State Fire Marshal is investigating.
