Tuesday August, 23 2011 @ 19:10:48 Nature: Gas Leak Address: 36899 Nob Hill North Millsboro, DE 19966 On Tuesday afternoon, August 23rd, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a gas leak in the Nob Hill North, Pot Nets Seaside development off of Long Neck Road. It was a summer residence that encountered a rusty value on the propane tank. Emergency response units from the Oak Orchard Station included: Engine #80-1; Rescue 80; and Tanker 80 while Engine #80-3 responded from the Long Neck Station. All units participated in the creation of a water curtain to mitigate the leaking propane situation and allow for dissipation. Units remained on scene pending the arrival of the propane supplier.
