Saturday August, 13 2011 Nature: Community Awareness Event & Fire Prevention Activities Address: Pot Nets Seaside On Saturday, August 13th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was invited to participate in the Annual Community Awareness Event for the Pot Nets Dockside, Seaside & Coveside Communities on Long Neck Road. The event hosted a golf cart parade, fire truck rides, fire prevention activities, community picnic and other acts of entertainment, music and just plain overall fun. Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was asked to coordinate the fire prevention activities and fire truck rides.
