Monday July, 11 2011 @ 16:01:23 Nature: Vehicle Accident BLS Location: Food Lion (80) Address: 24832 John J Williams Hwy Millsboro, DE 19966 On Monday afternoon, July 11th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a vehicle accident in the parking lot of Food Lion on John J. Williams Highway. It was reported that vehicle ran into a pole. Upon arrival of emergency response personnel, it was reported that a blue Volkswagen struck a utility light pole in the grocery store parking lot for an unknown reason. The impact did cause air bag deployment with insignificant damage to the vehicle. The Delaware State Police are investigating.
