Nature: 31¢ Scoop Night @ Baskin Robbins
On Wednesday evening, April 27th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company joined Baskin Robbins to help honor America’s firefighters and raise funds for the Baskin-Robbins’ Community Foundation by generating resource for the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF).
All participating stores reduced ice cream prices to 31¢ and welcomed their community members to donate to their local firefighters as well.
The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company hosted various fire prevention activities, participated with the dipping of ice cream, sold Fire Company peripheral and was entertained by local musician Doug James. The event held at the Baskin-Robbins store near Giant on John J. Williams Highway was a huge success.
Illustrated hereby are photographs of the various activities and participants.
The Indian River Volunteer wishes to acknowledge the support and patronage of all who participated.
