Tuesday, March, 8 2011 Nature: Pancake Supper Fundraiser Location: Oak Orchard Road – Main Station On Tuesday evening, March 8th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary hosted its first ever Pancake Supper to our community residents. This event was generated as a desire to create funding for the fire company operations. The Pancake Supper was considered an overall success with serving approximately 136 persons. The menus included pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit cocktail as well as coffee and tea. The Ladies Auxiliary wishes to acknowledge the patrons and community for their overall support.
