Saturday April, 9 2011 @ 17:14:10 Nature: Trash Fire Address: 28914 - 28981 Cordrey Rd Millsboro, DE 19966 On Saturday afternoon, April 9th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a trash fire on Cordrey Road between Carlos Street Road and William Street Road. It was reported to be a trash fire near a single wide, tan manufactured home. Engine #80-1 responded from Oak Orchard and Engine #80-3 responded from Long Neck. Incident Command was coordinated by Hayden Klingler. It was determined to be improper burning and the residential occupants were so notified of the burning regulations when it involves household trash. Klingler ordered the extinguishment of the improper burning. All units were returned to their respective quarters.
