Ladies Auxiliary Donates $12,000 The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company is pleased to announce the Ladies Auxiliary has donated $12,000 to the volunteer fire company for firefighting operations. Ladies Auxiliary President Linda Cullen presented Fire Company President Patrick Miller with a check at the Annual Firefighter’s Appreciation Event in January, 2011. The Ladies Auxiliary was able to make this generous donation as a result of the prosperity achieved via the past years’ BINGO, buffet breakfast and dinner events. President Cullen expressed her appreciation toward the volunteer fire company for assisting with the Ladies Auxiliary Operations over the year. President Miller expressed his admiration towards the Ladies Auxiliary Unit and identified his pleasure with the working relationship that has permitted these endeavors to succeed. Overall, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company would like to thank you community and the patrons that have made these events such a success.
