Engine #80-3 responded from our Long Neck facility and Engine #80-1 responded from our Oak Orchard facility. Both units arrived at approximately the same time and determined the source to be from and underground tank with an active leak. Propane was clearly prevalent within the immediate vicinity and did contaminate a nearby residential structure. Various measures to mitigate the incident were undertaken and the residential structure was ventilated as well. Engine #80-3 was assigned to monitor the situation pending arrival of the appropriate gas company.
