Nature:  Indian River Celebrates 65 Years of Service

Indian River Volunteer Fire Company has reached a significant milestone in its corporate history!  Calendar Year 2018 marks the 65th year since the founding of the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company.

To commemorate over six decades of active fire suppression service to this community, the company will be launching a commemoration event that reflects the 65-year history anticipated in the fall season.  It is envisioned that this event will be a joint commemorative event to house our newest apparatus, to celebrate this milestone anniversary, and to host fire prevention exhibits.  Anticipated dates and details will follow.

It is anticipated that commemorative t-shirts will be available.
