Monday November, 1 2010 @ 06:31:11 Nature: Structure Fire Address: 32973 Shoppes @ Long Neck - Apt #1, Millsboro, DE 19966 On Monday, November 1st, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a structure fire at the Shoppes of Long Neck Apartment #1. Initial reports have indicated a water flow alarm in Apartment #1. Emergency response personnel arrived and identified visual and audible alarm situation; however, no smoke or fire were present. It was identified at the enunciator panel that a water flow situation was present. The firefighters could not determine any reasonable explanation for the broken sprinkler head in the apartment; however, significant water conditions were prevalent. The incident is pending further investigation.
