Wednesday November, 4 2009 @ 16:08 pm Nature: Vehicle Accident Address: Phillips Branch Road, Millsboro, DE 19966 On Wednesday, November 4th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a personal injury vehicle injury on Phillips Branch Road just off of Indian Mission Road. It was reported that the vehicle had departed from the roadway and struck a tree. Duty Officer Jason M. Faulkner, Sr. responded to the emergency incident and assigned the emergency response personnel to assist with patient stabilization, if needed, vehicle stabilization, scene security, and traffic control measures while the incident was mitigated. The incident is pending additional investigation by the Delaware State Police.
