Williams Hwy, Oak Orchard Road & Mount Joy Road, Millsboro, DE 19966 On Wednesday, November 4th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a personal injury vehicle accident at the intersection of John J. Williams Hwy, Oak Orchard & Mount Joy Roads in the vicinity of the Royal Farms. It was reported that the vehicles were blocking the intersection and westbound traffic on John J. Williams Highway. The emergency response apparatus were assigned to assist with patient stabilization, if needed, vehicle stabilization, fluid recovery and clean-up, scene security, and traffic control measures while the incident was mitigated. The incident is pending additional investigation by the Delaware State Police
