Nature: Fire Police Officer Retirement – Plaque Presentation

On Wednesday evening, May 2^nd, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company formally presented retiring fire police officer – William Cassatt with his duly deserved recognition for serving as a volunteer firemen and Delaware State Fire Police Officer. 

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Officers, and Members of the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company, we hereby extended our utmost appreciation for his professional diligence and dedication to the ranks of the Delaware State Fire Police and extend our best wishes with his retirement.

 William A. Cassatt joined the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company in October 2000 and served as fire police officer for the time period of October 2000 thru May 2017.

It is our hope that this gentleman will continue amongst the ranks of the volunteer fire service and offer assistance where ever and whenever.
