Sunday June, 7 2009 @ 17:55:59 Nature: Structure Fire Address: 25878 Lingo Dr Millsboro, DE 19966 On June 7th at approximately 5:55 p.m., the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a structure fire in Lingo Estates. It appears that a smoke condition was being emitted from the residential electrical panel box. Responding firefighters were able to quickly identify that the condition was a result of faulty electrical conditions within the electric panel box, the main power was shut off and the homeowners were apprised to have the issues repaired. While in the residential structure, it was determined that the smoke detectors were malfunctioning as well. Indian River provided and installed replacement smoke detectors for the occupants of the residence.
