Nature: Rescue 80 Arrives in Oak Orchard – Station #1

City: Oak Orchard, Millsboro, DE

On Friday afternoon, March 23th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company has made arrangements for the new rescue truck to stop at our Station 1, in Oak Orchard for a short period of time.

Rescue 80-6 recently left DPC Emergency Equipment from having a large amount of the firefighting and fire suppression equipment mounted and installed. The truck will remain at Station #1 for a few days prior to being sent to Rogers Sign Co., Inc. for graphics and lettering. Once completed, the truck will return for additional equipment mounting and operator training before being placed in service.
