Nature:  Indian River’s Adopt-A-Highway Clean Up Event

Location: Oak Orchard Road, Millsboro

On Sunday afternoon, March 18th, the volunteers of the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company continued with their annualized pledge to coordinate roadside clean-ups for the trash and debris along the shoulders of Oak Orchard Road. 

As identified, Indian River participates in the Delaware Department of Transportation’s Adopt-A-Highway program and is expected to complete four clean ups on an annual basis in an effort to help keep Delaware’s roadways clean.
