Nature: Regular Member – Patrick Astrella, Jr.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company is mourning the loss of a Regular Member, Patrick Astrella, Jr.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company wishes to offer its condolences and deepest gratitude to the families and loved ones of Patrick Astrella.  We wish to offer the Astrella Family our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Patrick joined the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company in October, 2000.

 Patrick’s tenure with the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company allowed him to serve and assist in a number of capacities.

Most recently, Patrick was a ward of the State of Delaware and has been placed in an indigent care program; however, this process will allow ample recognition of his service to the volunteer fire services.

In lieu of memorial contributions, we are asking for assistance with the expenses associated with a proper funeral service.  You may forward contributions to the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company, Inc., in care of Patrick Astrella, Jr. Memorial Services, 32628 Oak Orchard Road, Millsboro, DE  19966.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Community Church of Oak Orchard on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 2 p.m.
