On Monday, January 8^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to provide a standby cover up assignment for the Lewes (82) Fire Department while they were actively working at residential structure fire in the Red Mill Pond North development.

Emergency response units from Indian River were directed to provide standby cover up assignments at Station #2.  Engine #80-3 responded from our Long Neck facility.
