On Monday evening, August, 13, 2007 at 10:46 p.m., the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle collision on Mount Joy Road. Rescue crews were required to secure the vehicle, check for fluid leakage, and assist with patient assessment measures. One patient was transported to a local medical facility. The Delaware State Police are investigating.
